Shipping & Returns

Shipping Time

Shipping times are stated on the products page just below the description of the specific item. Not all products have the same shipping time


You may return any product within 14 days of purchase date but you must contact us first within 14 days after you receive item or your return will not be accepted. Products such as mats, car mats and rugs are custom made to order products and can not be returned unless defective when received. You need a return authorization from us. If defective you will be sent a replacement at no charge and the defective item will be picked up. There are no refunds on defective items unless a replacement is not available.

All other returns there is a 20% restocking fee on any returns unless as stated above.You will be responsible for shipping product back and all shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase at our cost and we will then send you the correct item out immediately.

Returns Of Defective products

If product is damaged, broken or defective please contact us within 7 days of recieving product. Do not contact us a month later saying it is defective as in that case it will not be replaced. We will either have UPS pick the defective item up or we may need you to ship it back at our expense of course and another of the same item will be shipped to you. If no replacement is available then you will recieve a full refund and only if a replacement is not available.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM will ship the same day or next day if after 3:00PM. Some products ship directly to you from the manufacturer and they have different shipping time estimates. All shipping times for each product is listed right on the item page in the description. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. When order ships we will notify you and send you all tracking info directly to your email which will state when item will arrive. It is your responsibility to read any an all emails from us to do with your order. Check your spam box as well as sometimes our emails will be looked at as spam. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate unless UPS states a specific date as they usually do. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.


We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information (which no one here is able to see that info, only the credit card company sees your credit/debit numbers), address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. We do not sell or give your information out to anyone or any third party and we never will.

Canceling Your Order

Due to most items being made as ordered and others being shipped out within 1-2 days there are no cancellations of orders allowed.
